Frequently Asked Questions — FAQ

7db77 supports all major mobile banking and payment systems in Bangladesh. First, bKash — This is the most popular payment method in Bangladesh and the most widely used on 7db77. You can deposit using the Send Money or Payment option, and processing is typically instant — your balance is updated within just 1–3 minutes. The minimum deposit is BDT 500 and the maximum is BDT 50,000 per transaction. Second, Nagad — Known for its fast processing times, deposits are often completed within 1 minute. With Nagad, you can deposit a minimum of BDT 500 and a maximum of BDT 50,000 per transaction. Third, Rocket (DBBL Mobile Banking) — also available at 7db77, with processing times of 2–5 minutes. In addition, all major Bangladeshi bank Online Banking and Direct Bank Transfer has its advantages — though it takes a bit longer (2–24 hours) and requires a minimum of BDT 2,000. The fastest and most convenient option is Nagad or bKash — both are easy to do from your mobile with minimal or no fees. The same methods are available for withdrawals, and funds are returned to the same number used for the deposit. Withdrawals are typically processed within 2–6 hours, though it may take slightly longer during peak times.

KYC stands for "Know Your Customer" — it is an internationally recognized legal requirement that all licensed gaming sites must follow. 7db77 requires KYC verification for four key reasons: first, to confirm you are over 18 years of age; second, to verify your identity and prevent duplicate accounts; third, to protect against money laundering and fraud; and fourth, to ensure withdrawals are sent to the correct person. KYC is typically required when you make your first withdrawal or when your monthly deposits exceed a certain threshold (generally BDT 50,000). Required documents: (1) Identity Document — A clear photo of your National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence (both sides if it's an NID), showing your name, date of birth, and photo clearly. (2) Proof of Address — a recent utility bill (electricity, gas), a bank statement (within the last 3 months), or a tax return — showing your name and home address. (3) Proof of payment method (optional) — A screenshot or statement from the mobile number or bank account used for your deposit. How to Upload: After logging in, go to your profile icon → "Account Verification" or "KYC" → select the document type → upload your file (JPG, PNG, PDF — maximum 5 MB) → and submit. The 7db77 team will typically review your documents within 24–48 hours and send an update via email/SMS. Once approved, you won't need to go through KYC again, and future withdrawals will be processed faster.

Bonus wagering or turnover requirements refer to how many times you must bet the bonus amount before you can withdraw it. For most bonuses at 7db77, the wagering requirement is 30x to 40x. This means: if you receive a BDT 1,000 bonus and the wagering requirement is 30x, you will need to wager a total of BDT 30,000 must be wagered before the bonus and any bonus winnings can be withdrawn. How it's calculated: (1) Bets placed on slots count at 100% — meaning a BDT 100 bet adds BDT 100 to your wagering progress. (2) Table games such as Baccarat, Roulette, and Blackjack count at 10%–20% — a BDT 100 bet adds only BDT 10–20 toward wagering. (3) Sports Betting bets placed at odds of 1.50 or higher count at 100%, while bets at lower odds contribute less. Example: Say you deposit BDT 2,000 and receive a 100% bonus — that gives you BDT 4,000 in your wallet (BDT 2,000 real money + BDT 2,000 bonus). With a 30x wagering requirement, you would need to wager BDT 2,000 × 30 = BDT 60,000 in total. If you play slots and bet BDT 100 per spin, you'd complete the wagering requirement after 600 spins. Important note: While a bonus is active, the maximum bet per round is capped (generally at BDT 500) — even if you bet more, only BDT 500 will count toward wagering. Bonuses typically expire after 30 days — if the wagering requirement isn't met within that time, both the bonus and any winnings from it will be forfeited. To check your current wagering progress, log in and go to the "Bonus Tracker" or "Wagering Progress" section — you'll see how much you've wagered and how much remains.

7db77 has a fully featured mobile application that works on both Android and iOS devices. Please note that real-money gaming apps are not available on the Google Play Store or Apple App Store due to their policies prohibiting such apps. The 7db77 app must therefore be downloaded directly from the official website. Install on Android: (1) Open your phone's browser (Chrome or Firefox) and go to 7db77.app. (2) On the homepage, tap the "Download App" button. (3) The APK file will begin downloading — typically 50–80 MB in size. (4) Once downloaded, tap the file — if you see a message saying "Unknown sources" or that installation from unknown sources is not permitted, go to Settings → Security → Unknown Sources and enable it. (5) Tap Install, and once installation is complete, tap Open. Installing on iOS: APK files cannot be installed directly on iOS, but you can use 7db77's Progressive Web App (PWA), which works just like a native app. (1) Open Safari and go to 7db77.app. (2) Tap the Share icon at the bottom (the square with an arrow). (3) Select "Add to Home Screen". (4) Confirm the name and tap Add — the 7db77 icon will appear on your home screen. App Features: Fast login (Fingerprint or Face ID), push notifications (bonuses, live matches), saving betting slips in offline mode, lower data usage, and smooth performance. App updates are not automatic — check the site occasionally for new versions and reinstall when available.

The mobile number and email address you provided when registering your 7db77 account are critical — they are used for login, password resets, and communications. In some cases, you may need to update them — for example, if you've lost access to your number, your SIM has been deactivated, or you can no longer access your email. Changing your email address: It's fairly straightforward. After logging in, go to Profile → Personal Details → Email → enter your new email address → click Update. A verification link will be sent to the new email — clicking it confirms the change. A notification will also be sent to your old email address for security purposes. Changing your mobile number: This process is slightly more involved, as your mobile number is a core part of your identity and is used for payment verification. To change your number, you will need to contact 7db77 customer support. Here's how: (1) Reach out via Live Chat or email [email protected]. (2) Provide your current account username, your old mobile number, and your new mobile number. (3) You may be asked to verify your identity through details such as recent transactions, your date of birth, or KYC documents. (4) An OTP will be sent to your new number — once verified, your number will be updated. The process is typically completed within 24–48 hours. Important: After changing your number, all future withdrawals will go to the new number, so make sure it is registered in your name and active. Name changes are generally not permitted as they pose an identity fraud risk — in special circumstances (such as a name change after marriage), you may submit a request to Support along with the required legal documents.

7db77 regularly hosts tournaments and leaderboard competitions where members can compete against each other for prizes. The most popular are Slots Tournament and Sports Betting Leaderboard। How to Join: (1) After logging in, go to the "Promotions" or "Tournaments" section — you'll find a list of all ongoing and upcoming tournaments there. (2) Click on any tournament to view the details: duration, eligible games, prize pool, and rules. (3) Most tournaments enter you automatically — simply bet on the designated games during the tournament period and you'll be counted as a participant. Some tournaments may have a separate entry fee or a minimum bet requirement. How points are calculated: In slots tournaments, points are typically awarded based on either total bet amount or the highest win multiplier. For example, in a "Highest Win" tournament, the member who hits the biggest multiplier on a single spin (such as 1000x) will top the leaderboard. In a "Total Wagering" tournament, the member who wagers the most overall during the tournament period ranks highest. Viewing the leaderboard: The tournament page features a real-time leaderboard where you can track your rank, points, and the standings of the top 100 players. Prize distribution: Prizes are distributed within 24 hours of the tournament ending — and typically come in three forms: (1) cash prizes (credited directly to your wallet), (2) free spins or free bets, and (3) bonus codes. You'll receive an SMS/email notification when your prize is awarded. Example: For example, in a slots tournament where the top 10 players share a total prize pool of BDT 50,000 — 1st place wins BDT 20,000, 2nd place wins BDT 10,000, 3rd place wins BDT 5,000, and the rest receive cash prizes or free spins. A word of advice: always read the terms, as some tournaments apply wagering requirements on prizes (typically 5x–10x), though most cash prizes are wagering-free.
